Are Newborn Portraits Right For You?
Only you can really answer that question, but I can help guide you along the way!
What is the difference between a Fresh 48 and a Newborn Session?
Simply put, a Fresh 48 happens at the hospital normally 24-48 hours after you have given birth, while a Newborn Session takes place in your own home 4-7 days after your baby is born.
So which is right for you? Well it depends on what you want to document! I love the very raw and honest feel of a Fresh 48. It's a vulnerable time and documenting the little details that make up your stay in the hospital always fills my heart to bursting.
On the other hand, with a newborn session, you get the intimacy of your own home. It's more relaxed and we get much more time together.
You can't go wrong, honestly. Follow you heart!
This is one of my latest Fresh 48 and I just adore it! Say hello to the Moore Family!
Coming full circle to this moment right here means everything- from pregnancy to birth, getting to know Silas has been an honor. (Check out their stunning sunflower maternity session here!!)
The day your child is born...the way your heart turns in your chest meeting the tiny soul you have waited on...these moments *beg* to be shared, celebrated and protected. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family today.
