That includes maternity, newborn, milestones, motherhood, couples, and full family sessions — both in my studio in The Woodlands and on-location throughout the North Houston area. My work leans into bold color, honest light, and movement. I want your photos to feel like your life at its most alive. The real stuff. The good stuff. I’m a woman-owned business and I believe fully that every family deserves to see their love reflected in a beautiful, meaningful way. Love is love. Families come in many shapes, stories, and spectrums. My studio is a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ families and disabled families, including those with sensory needs and children with disabilities. Everyone belongs here, exactly as they are.
I photograph families across The Woodlands, Houston, Magnolia, Conroe, Spring, and surrounding areas. My studio is located in the heart of The Woodlands with access to outdoor space just steps away, giving you both versatility and comfort year-round. I also travel for select sessions throughout North Houston when location is part of your story.
The big question! I want you to know that I will never hide any pricing from you. That means what you see is what you get— period. There are no “sitting fees” or products purchase requirements. I pride myself in being transparent and offering pricing that makes sense. The average client investment is $1500-3000.
I absolutely offer payment plans to all my clients. I understand how important your memories are and nothing should hold you back from capturing those memories. I am always happy to work with your budget and only require a 25% non-refundable reservation fee to hold your session date. Your remaining balance can be paid over time, but is due the week of your session.

Available dates will be reviewed and I will find a date that best suits your schedule. All sessions are booked in The Woodlands at sunrise or sunset for ideal lighting. It is recommended to plan ahead, as weekends fill up several weeks in advance, but flexible weekday options are always available. We leave room around every reserved session to accommodate for weather.
On occasion, yes! Mini sessions are seasonal and take place on specific days/times only. Mini sessions are great for holiday season but do not offer the same experience as a full session.

Most sessions last around 30 minutes, but I never set a timer. We will shoot until it feels like we have captured what we need or until your kids are kaput. I would expect to spend at least 30 minutes together and as much as 45-60 minutes depending on the sunset and your family’s temperament.
Every session is different so I cannot promise a specific number of photos. I work hard to deliver as many images as I can. Most clients can expect between 70-150 images. To get the most out of the experience, embrace the in-between moments with your babies- play with them, kiss them, and just love on them. Focus less on looking at the camera and more on spending time with your family and the rest will flow like magic!
As part of the planning process, you will be given exclusive access to choose from preferred locations in and around the Woodlands. All sessions take place outside, in The Woodlands/Spring areas, or in my studio in Spring. I have spent hours hiking and securing multiple spots that showcase the natural beauty of our city while remaining private.
If you have a specific location in mind, make sure to mention it upon booking!
Session times vary depending on the time of year and cloud coverage, but generally happen at sunrise or an hour before sunset.
After your date is booked, we will discuss all the fun things like locations, timing and of course wardrobe. I am available to help with planning and styling your session to make sure your vision comes to life and everyone looks amazing. Part of the personalized services offered includes a free, online styling guide, access to our growing studio wardrobe collection, as well as one-to-one time with your photographer to help put together outfits. That is the beauty of lifestyle photography! No modeling experience is necessary! We will embrace the mood and feeling for the day, no matter what it is. Crazy kids running around? No problem. Sleepy toddler who just wants snuggles? Let’s do this! I am here to help guide you, prompt you for fun games and activities to do with your kids, and just spend unhurried time together. You don’t need to know how to “pose”. Instead, think about it like being directed. You may be asked to spin around in a field or even start a tickle fight. Every family is different but we meet you where you are at and help you look amazing through it all!
In order to achieve the colorful look Ashley is known for, sessions ideally require a sunny day. Overcast is not bad, it can actually create very evenly lit and wonderful photos. However, if it is going to be overcast and you prefer sunshine, you may be offered a reschedule date at no additional fee- depending on availability. If the weather is bad (extreme heat or cold, or rain/natural disaster), Ashley will contact you to find another day that will work for everyone’s schedule.

You can expect your final gallery 2-4 weeks after your session date. Who knows? If I get a little frisky, you may see it before then! If you need your session in a rush, ask about our rush fee!
This is something I pride myself in, I will never require print minimums or orders. I am happy to print your photos for you at my professional grade lab or direct you to a commercial lab I like. You can print your images at a place that works for you!
